I'm Liz, Guiding Organizations and Leaders to Align People and Purpose
I founded Fluence Co. because I believe organizations, teams, and leaders have potential waiting to be unlocked. With 25+ years of experience transforming Fortune 100 companies and building high-performing teams, I've seen what's possible when people and purpose align.
I'm driven by helping leaders and organizations achieve their full potential. I bring this mission to my work building on my experience as VP leading global organization effectiveness and operating model transformation at Nike, INC, plus previous roles at Allstate and Accenture. Over the past three years, I've partnered with Fortune 500 companies across footwear and apparel, retail, building, motorcycles, CPG, and pharma.
I also teach Strategic Organization Design in University of Southern California's Center for Effective Organization's Strategic Organization Design certificate program, where I bridge theory with practical application for the next generation of leaders and organization design practitioners.
